The location of the hotel is quite convenient, with grocery shops, Cottesloe beach, and various shops and roads nearby. It is also close to the bus station, making transportation easier for guests. The rooms are well-equipped with amenities such as a small fridge, kettle, and plenty of towels. The breakfast provided in the guest kitchen is a nice addition, and the restaurant menu offers good prices with vegetarian options.
The noise level in the hotel can be high, especially due to the bar downstairs. This may be disruptive for guests, particularly if they are looking for a peaceful and quiet stay.

The stay at this hotel was absolutely mind-blowing! The bed was super comfortable, and the TV was jaw-droppingly easy to use. Having my own ensuite was a major plus, and the food at the "restaurant" was delicious. The breakfast options were fantastic. The price was cheap, but the room was clean and spacious. The location was great, right in the center of everything. The shared bathroom had plenty of hot water, although it could get busy on weekends. The sink inside the room made it so easy to brush my teeth and fill up the kettle. The public bathroom, although a bit old, was still clean. it was a fantastic stay that offered incredible value for money. The room was clean, sufficient, and even had access to an outside area. Can't wait to come back!
